1. Eligibility for Refunds 

You are eligible for a full refund if: 

  • We fail to deliver your order within the promised delivery time stated on the product page. 

  • The delivery time exceeds three (3) business days for services with a standard 72-hour window. If the stated delivery time is longer, refund requests will be considered after that period has passed without fulfillment. 

  • The service was not initiated, and you have requested a cancellation before we started processing your order. 

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances 

Refunds will not be issued if: 

  • The order has been successfully delivered and completed according to the service description. 

  • The order is in progress, meaning it has already been initiated and queued for delivery. 

  • You change your mind after the service has begun, regardless of delivery status. 

  • You violate the terms of service or your account gets penalized due to unrelated activity outside our services. 

3. Order Cancellations 

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our support team immediately. 

  • Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or queued for delivery. 

  • Once an order is in progress, it cannot be stopped or refunded. 

4. How to Request a Refund 

  • Refund requests can be made through our 24/7 live chat support  

  • Please include your order number and a clear explanation of your issue. 

  • Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. 

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks 

Filing a dispute or chargeback without first contacting GlobalFollowers support may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and loss of eligibility for future refunds. We encourage you to resolve any concerns with our team directly. 

6. Processing Time for Refunds 

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
